"Service has not been the same since Rico left. Called a week ago and still waiting for the business to be taken care of. Logan was short and rude whenever I was able to speak with him. He also told the employees to say he was there. To this day, he has not completed the process nor has he communicated with the parties involved in this matter. Very unprofessional."

"We switched over from our Geico policy and not only saved money but we also switched our home insurance policy and saved money there they have been incredibly helpful quick to respond when I ask questions and I've asked quite a few. And I feel like the prices are unbeatable right now especially with the way the economy is if anybody's questioning if they should switch over to State farm Yes, absolutely yes!"

"Terrible people. Tried to charge me way more money than they quoted me for. With my new insurance company is better and way cheaper and way nicer. This state farm just sucks."
